MIKE CIESNOLEVICZ - So lets say Mike Ciesnolevicz is the 205 pound champ in the UFC and he gets called out by the former heavyweight champion who was just suspended for a year for using roids........R us saying that you would just jump like they asked and fight up up weight, just like that, for a cheater who has not even had a fight since there suspension???? I think (not know) you would feel differently and would be offended on some level.....The champ should not have to go up a weight, epecially for someone who was just busted for juice......I hardly doubt she is scared of Cyborg......I think Cyborg's reckless plays right into Rhonda's hands.........Judokas like people to be wild and off balance...... |

I forgot to add that I think the UFC wanted a 135 pound division for women, as it seemed to be the best weight class to start as that is where women appear to have the most depth......So I don't think Rhonda ran anywhere.....She went where she was told to go......I could be wrong, but that is how I see it....... |

I think RR is hugely overrated but I never considered what she said and she has a good point. |

How can you be a world champion who has submitted every opponent you ever had in the first round and be "overrated"? |

RonFoster77 - People get so wrapped up in her looks that they are igorning the game she is playing. Ronda competed at 154 in the Olympics, started her mma career at 145. When she thought she woukd have to face cyborg ( who has onoy compted at 145) she ran to 135. Ronda had some wieght she could cut because she wasnt walking around with 8 percent body fat. I dont condone steriods I just cant stand the bs game they are playing. This is starting to remind me of kimbo in the elite xc. I hope liz plays the spoiler and seth's her ass. War Liz!! 1. Ronda is a 6, and only when she puts effort into it, other wise she is an aggressive 5. 2. If Ronda can cut all the way from 150, it would seem Cyborg should be able too as well. We know it's not fair to compare men cutting weight to woman, blah blah blah, well you have pointed it out your self, another women has cut the weight, cyborg is either scared of Ronda, or scared to fight without that special sauce. |

Cyborg walks at 165-170. If she is still roiding she is wrong no doubt BUT being heavy doesn't mean your on roids.. look at overeem his weight was the same just not as ripped. Every woman cant make 135 just because ronda and dana says so. You have look at a persons frame also. Cyborg is not a small woman roids or not.

“I’m planning on, win or lose, dropping down and win the 135-pound belt first before I go after the 145-pound title,” said Rousey. “I definitely want to win both belts and be the undisputed best woman fighter in the world in MMA. “A fight with Cris Cyborg would be the most important of my career, and I want to treat it like the Olympic Games and be entirely peaked when that time comes. The 145-pound division doesn’t really have that many women signed in Strikeforce, so I’d be better off moving down and going for the 135 title. And once me and Cyborg finally fight it would be two titleholders against each other and the fight itself would even be a bigger deal.” http://www.mmaweekly.com/ronda-rousey-out-to-make-a-statement

What the fuck has Cyborg done to earn a shot at the champ since she disgraced herself and got stripped of the title? |

RonFoster77 - This is so stupid... people do relize that what cybrog was busted for was something that helped cut weight... I really hope Ronda loses so she can be humbled a bit. Cyborg would smash her.Lol stanazolol is winstrol which is a highly anabolic steroid, the only difference is that it isn't as androgenic as others but its still a steroid, and will still turn a clit into a dick. A woman on roids is hormonally a male and has no place fighting in female mma.

Judo has same day weighins, typically an hour before you compete. Meaning when you fight at 154 in Olympic judo, you're walking around at probably 160 max. In MMA, with a full 24 hours to rehydrate, its common to cut 15-20 pounds. So fighting at 154 in judo is about equivalent to fighting at 140 in MMA, given the difference in weight cuts. If Cyborg has to use a PED to get to 145, it means she should be fighting 155, or two weight divisions above what Rousey fights at (and Rousey seems to make 135 easily). In which case, the two probably shouldn't be fighting in any case, as the size difference is too big. Basically, Cyborg should be looking to fight heavier women instead of smaller women. It doesn't really make sense for Cyborg to go out of her way to fight smaller women(again, using PED's to make 145) and then to criticize Rousey for fighting smaller women too. There's no reason for Cyborg not to fight 155, then she wouldn't have to use PED's to make weight. Otherwise, I find Rousey pretty obnoxious, and I hope someone beats her. But someone who's a 135'er - it'll happen. If nothing else, there are a few judo women who are better than Rousey, maybe they'll go into MMA. |

RonFoster77 - This is so stupid... people do relize that what cybrog was busted for was something that helped cut weight... I really hope Ronda loses so she can be humbled a bit. Cyborg would smash her. This is patently false and it's thrown around all the time - I'm wondering who started this train of thought. Winstrol (winny, winny-v, stanalozol) is typically used by female athletes who use steroids because it has less androgenic effects than many other steroids. They're trying to avoid the male side effects that other steroids sometimes produce - body hair, clit enlargement, voice change, etc. It is used by male athletes in weight-based sports such as wrestling because it does not produce the weight gain and bloating that more androgenous steroids will produce - that is why bodybuilders term it a "cutter" as many bodybuilders will switch to this closer to competition in order to lean out - drop some of the bloating and water retention that other "mass" steroids promote while retaining their size gains. The idea that Cyborg was using this in order to cut weight is a misconception - she was using it for the strength and recovery gains associated with the drug, while trying to avoid the associated side effects of others. |

Nucky - That is how I see a fight between them going down. Ronda has yet to land a good strike in MMA. |

Not buying the Bullshit. Ronda wanted a cyborg fight bad at 145 when she went on the JRE.(steroids or not) Now that she has Belt she wants all these stipulations(testing and weight cut to 135).
If she is the baddest bitch around meet at 140 and prove it.
Otherwise STFU. |

Rambo John J -Nucky - Technically Rousey has landed a total of 7 strikes in her last 2 fights... I have no doubt Cyborg would come out swinging for the fences but I also thing Rousey would take her to the ground as well. |

Which is it, this weight gap your trying to perceive is changing by the hour. First Ronda should be able to fight at 45 because she did before , now cyborg is bigger than Ronda and that's why she can't cut like Ronda,???

Why confuse things, she's on Riods , that's the only reason she cant cut, we all seen the pre-juice pics of her, and I bet that version of cyborg could cut to 35 easy.

|

MIKE CIESNOLEVICZ - Rousey is on the run. Everybody with half a brain can see it. I agree.
Everyone with a HALF a brain thinks Rousey is on the run.
Those of us with an WHOLE brain believe otherwise. |

KevinMcAllister - “I’m planning on, win or lose, dropping down and win the 135-pound belt first before I go after the 145-pound title,” said Rousey. “I definitely want to win both belts and be the undisputed best woman fighter in the world in MMA. That's a great quote by Rousey. 100% illustrates just how retarded all the Cyborg supporters are. (Well not really Cyborg supporters as much as Rousey haters) Are some people really that stupid to not notice how different the Women's MMA landscape is since Rousey made that quote? - Cyborg is NOT a title holder - Women are in the UFC now (Thanks only to Rousey) - There is no 145 division in the UFC So now we have some really addle minded folks who are demanding that a UFC champ must go up in weight to fight at weight class that does not exist in the UFC. Not only that ... these morons defend a known cheat who is refusing to do what it takes to get down to the 135 limit. (Meaning losing some mass and stay off the juice) Also funny that we have a clean fighter who is taking shots at a dirty fighter and all the imbeciles clamor to defend the dirty fighter. |

Every woman cant make 135 just because ronda and dana says so. You have look at a persons frame also. Cyborg is not a small woman roids or not. Ronda claims to have trimmed down to the point where she isn't cutting much weight at all to make 135. She might have been a chubby 155 back in her judo days, and a little less chubby 145 when she began her MMA career, but she has clearly changed her body composition and easily makes 135 now and looks great doing it. Why should she be expected to fight a chick who weighs 170?
If there really is a 30 pound weight gap between them now, Cyborg and Ronda have no business fighting each other anyway. |

KingofBJJ - I like Ronda, and like Gina she is very nice on the eyes. But like Gina, she has no chance to defeat Cyborg which is why she won't go up in weight. Her natural weigh is 154, which what she was during her Olympic bouts. Just because she competed at 154lbs, doesn't mean she weighed that much and it certainly isn't her natural weight. We've all seen how chubby she was. Next lowest weight class is just under 139lbs and judoka don't tend to cut weight as far as I know. If they do it isn't like MMA or wrestling tends to be. |
