I remembered the fight wrong, initially.

You can't see it well from this angle but I landed a right hand that backed up my opponent, then he caught me with an over hand right to the jaw. I grabbed him in an over under clinch, threw a knee to the mid section. He tried to take me down, I turned him with my right arm as an under hook and took him down.

From there, I passed his half guard, went to mount. He covered up high so I went to the body to bring his guard down, then I went to the head. I was able to land shots until he went out and the ref stepped in

Dr Gonzo - You looked good out there, honestly you should be fighting better competition. This guy is listed as 0-15 on this site, making it past 2 minutes only once (2:03). Get out there and fight some other talented guys.

Doing what I can. I'm 3-2 so not exactly tearing up the competition I've been facing. Fought at 175, 185 and 205, against a guy cutting down from heavyweight, who happened to be the organization's heavyweight champion.

Trying out a new weight class, coming off of two straight TKO losses (including boxing) and off of a broken rib, I have no problem fighting the guy I did. Plus, the fucker hit me hard and my temple and ear still hurt.

I'm glad I did alright, but I did a million technical things wrong out there in this win even in jsut 38 seconds (flared elbow on punches, no pivoting, hands low, etc.) that could have cost me it.

I'm definitely looking to improve and continue to fight tougher and tougher guys.
