4nzix_, You should try to make it in! We have had 5 new guys start in the last week. One of those guys just moved from Class sizes range from 7-13, and people from all skill levels are more than welcome! If you are able to make it, I will give you the "UG Rate" for the first week!!! Email me and let me know if you are interested: Dustin Ware
However, the guys at Dr. Hudson's school are very talented as well.

I box at Dublin Martial Arts under the watchful eye of 1984 gold medalist Jerry Page. I've trained at Dr Jeff Hudson's BJJ school in the past and would recommend it to anyone in Central Ohio. Dr Hudson is an excellent instructor, there are some great grapplers there and everyone is friendly. |

I live in Mansfield Ohio and currently train with Chitwood Brothers Jujitsu in Lexington Ohio at the Shawn Chitwood Martial Arts Academy (SCMA) http://www.shawnchitwood.com . We train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and are a Saulo Ribeiro affiliated School. Mr. Chitwood is currently a brown belt under Saulo, and is working towards his black. In previous years he also trained with the Gracie family and received belts under them as well. We also train in Mui Thai and Judo, along with several other styles. I have just recently started back into training (approx. 3 months) after having to stop for a while, which I let turn into a hiatus of about six years. Before I stopped training, I had begun in Tae Kwon Do with Shawn, and we had begun phasing in Jujitsu before I started my time off. At that time, Shawn and I also trained in Wing Chun Do under Chris Blanke in Port Clinton. Mr. Blanke has now also become an instructor of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Saulo, and picked up his black belt at a recent tournament at his school. Congratulations, Chris! Chris operates a school in Toledo now, and I believe there are people from that school on this message board somewhere. They could give you more information about it than I could. From what I understand, this is also where Saulo currently teaches, as he has chosen to live in Toledo for his American home. |
