In ridgewood New Jersey, right on Route 17 south, Jay Lally has opened up his new training center for MMA, kickboxing, and submission grappling. over 1,500 sq. ft. and fully matted. If you live in the area, or are interested in getting into the fight game, come by.

the Address is 400 Rt. 17 South in the ridgewood professional center in ridgewood...about 5 minutes from Garden State plaza, for further information call 201-410-2002

The IFL Owner owns the school in Cresskill. I believe Rob Constance is a BJJ Blackbelt instructor there. If you get a chance to train with Rob, take it. He's as good as it gets.

Otto is a great person, too. I hear the school is incredible.

Actually the instructors are Carl Massaro and Dave Branch. Both as World Class. Carl's guard is as good as anyone's in the World and Branch is a pure stud.

I thought Rob was there. I guess he still teaches in Manhattan.

Good luck to the Cresskill school. Carl and Dave are amazing teachers, fighters and the best people.
