First of all, I have not trained since the first part of 2006, and I am REALLY out of shape. I started a very demanding job and I have not even made it to the regular gym in 6 months. I just moved to Laveen from Scottsdale and I was looking for someplace close by to train. Anyone know of anything in that area? |

I am thinking I am going to mat my garage and make it into a small workout space. Anyone in Laveen want to train? |

American Pankration 101 and Olive great place to train not that far from Laveen... |
