I am rather young. And I have only been with two different women in my life. With both I have experienced trouble with coming too quickly. It is embarrasing, does anyone have any advice about fighting this problem? Please dont troll me on this. |

My brother recommends thinking of something REALLY un-appetizing when you start to feel like cumming, but not for TOO long or you'll have erectile problems. Alternately you can train yourself when you jack off to stop right before you cum with Kegels (google), purportedly you can eventually seperate ejaculation and orgasm with enough work, though who knows if that's bullshit or not. Regardless, I believe this will be resolved with enough experience, enough alcohol, or both. |

It took me a long while to figure this out. Food and liquid will put pressure on down there and cause you to release quickly. If your stomach is emoty, that will help a lot. Also if you are a bit dehydrated. |

u wil need time to experience ur body capability ..going slow or fast or at a pace....these variables will need trial n error n how to control momentum.. a few shots of alcohol helps, condoms as wel but like i mention its knowing ur body after time. |

That is super safe. It just numbs the skin a little. Its used for sunburns. DON'T get it on her, she will go numb! Found somthing even better.....tramadol aka ultram. Synthetic opiod painkiller. Prescription only, and most docs don't know it does this. But it's safe. I took 2 once for a headache, which was almost too much cause you have trouble staying hard, but I went for FOUR hours!!!! Holy shit! Man this is an old thread. But use benzocaine spray about 15 min before hand. PERFECTLY safe. Even your doc will say so. |

I know this is only checked every 6 months but easiest way to last longer is to change positions after every few minutes. Your girl will think you're a super freak and you can use the breaks in between to give yourself a chance to settle down. |

Any one that thinks guys complaining about premature ejaculation are complaing because they only last a few MINUTES, doesn't have a clue. If you are a doctor & think this, you didn't listen to your patient. All that nonsense advice given, like just pause (yeah, 5 strokes, pause & still come or move so little you girl has ZERO chance of enjoying herself), squeeze the head (yeah, & shoot come out under high pressure), squeeze your muscles like you are stopping urine flow (flexing doesn't help, at all) Some peoples nevous sytems just have hair triggers. End of debate. The well meaning advice is just nonsense & not helpfull. Drugs help, nothing else does, period. |

Get a desensitizing spray with a 9.6% lido-cane solution; this will help a great deal. There's a great one out there called Stud 100; you can still feel pressure, but use that stuff with a condom and you will destroy... |

i used to have some problems with this with some girls but then i realized it was mental. like i didn't wanna be there to begin with haha this is something Jim Jeffries said in one of his stands ups "just because you make me cum doesn't mean i enjoyed it, sometimes i cum just to get out of there" basically when I am with a girl who i am feeling like whoa, then there's no problem which is why i mostly sleep with girls i am really attracted to on more than just the physical level. also getting into good physical shape got rid of that. when i was like 230 it was hard for me to enjoy sex, now that i am at around 160 and very active, my last girl thought i was a porn star... so basically, yeah it's a mental thing and also a physical thing. also, if you're using condoms that could be it! DMSO - Get Rx'd an SSRI - Citalopram or Paroxetine I tried prozac once, it does work, but the other side effects I couldnt stand. Tired or not I would yawn 1,000 times a day. It also ruined my ability to get a good nights sleep. Tramadol ruins my sleep too, but unlike SSRI's you don't have to take it for 4-5 days to build up and have an effect. You just pick a night, take 1-1/2 or 2 about two hours before you need it. Then the effects are gone the next day. In the case of SSRI's if you havent' been taking for a week or so, & suddenly need the effect TONIGHT, you are just out of luck. Tamadol has another side effect, I'm not ticklish while on it. This is probably not "another" effect but an extension of the same one that delays ejaculation. |

Little secret for the young guys - Most women do not like to be railed for hours. 15-20 minutes of actual sex is all they really need ( i said most women, not all - remember they're all different ). Make up for it in the foreplay dept. and I guarantee they'll be satisfied. Yes sometimes women like to be fucked for a while, but it desensatises them when they're getting railed forever. Believe me man I take opiates regularly and I can fuck literally for hours w/o busting. I'd much rather have a nice controlled 20 minute session that she loves too. If youre going to bust early don't be ashamed, bust with pride and get that shit back up again! Worst thing you can do during sex is start apologizing and whining, so what shit happens. Oh and math problems are what I use when I want to keep going. Do simple math problems and you can often prolong it. I never did like condoms, but another vote for Durex extra sensative if I must use. |
