My latest effort on the new smoker. Looks good! You can make outstanding taquitos with leftover pulled pork. teh yum |

may i suggest taking a 1/2 cup of french's mustard, thinned with some sweet pickle relish juice, and a couple of hits of tabasco for a nice condiment sauce. man, i would worked that pork like a outtake from deliverance |

Looks de-fucking-licious! I really like the TGI Friday's Jack Daniels glaze on pulled pork. Not very traditional, but excellent. |

^^^ Interesting. I'll have to put my beer can chicken pics up. I also did a rack of ribs w/ the chicken, used apple wood with one pecan chunk, and it was pretty damn good. |
