I may be able to pick up a 98 Crown Vic for pretty much nothing. My only concern is gas mileage. My question is could something be done gearing wise to improve fuel economy and what kind of a difference would it make? |

well i drive like a granny anyway, 55 on the hiwy (which means everyone around me will be too lol) and the tach never goes above 2500. so i cant imagine it'll be too bad, wont be as good as my Sonata but should be a lot better than my T&C the only cost incurred will be driving to ME to go get the thing but other than that the car is mine, my sales mgr is moving down here and just doesnt want the thing anymore. it would be cool to park it in front of my house on the shoulder of a main rd and watch poeple slow down as they pass my house or the parting of the red sea anytime you drive on an interstate |
