In case you haven't already heard of this place, Siege MMA is operating on the west side (Dysart Rd./Olive Ave.). Not a member yet, but I stopped by and they have Muay Thai, BJJ, no-gi BJJ, and MMA classes. Check 'em out at www.siegemma.com. |

I don't actually work there or even train there (yet). Just letting people know the west side has MMA now. I talked the people running it and there is no BJJ-only option. About 1 mile south on Dysart/Glendale is a BJJ/karate place, but I'm told their prices are higher than Siege's. FYI... |

They merged with American Pankration and moved to their new address at 9802 N. 91st Ave, #108-110 Peoria, AZ (roughly Loop 101/Peoria). You can see it from the 101. |

Asian American Karate 19209 N. 83rd Ave, #101 Peoria, Arizona 85382 Has some of the best bjj in town as well. 2nd location opening up with a Muay Thai gym as well. |

Siege was still pretty new last year and ranked extremely high in the kids division... Adults were top 10 as well. Great jiu-jitsu (Lotus Club black belts) and awesome facility. Tons of classes too |

If your in the southwest valley our gym is in Litchfield Park on the border of Goodyear. Gym is called Goodyear BJJ located near (old litchfield rd and indian school rd intersection) and the site is www.goodyearbjj.com. We also don't require any type of contracts and keep more of a club type atmosphere that focuses strictly on brazilian jiu jitsu and modifying bjj to work with striking. FYI- Siege MMA has a really good deal going on right now till the end of Sept. MMA= $100/mo; BJJ= $80/mo; Muay Thai= $60. This is to celebrate the grand opening at their new location at 8550 N. 91st Ave, Ste. 7 Peoria, AZ. (101 exit at Northern). |
