you start a new team in the mlb and you can choose one pitcher from any team and he will pitch for your team the next 3 years.

which pitcher would you choose today?

i think i would go with Peavy

Peavy would be a good choice, a few more come to mind as well.

I'd be awfully tempted to go with Tim Lincecum though.

Linceceum, he's the youngest pitcher mentioned so far and is DEALIN this year.

Yeah, I'm going Peavy too.
I would also consider Scott Kazmir if I could find a magic potion to keep him healthy.

If only 3 years, webb, if unlimited, Lincecum.

Rich Harden and Chris Carpenter would be busting your door down by lunch tomorrow if you could do that.

So would Carl Pavano, but he'd strain a glute getting into his car and never make it.

First name that came to mind was Lincecum, due to his youth.

Webb, Peavy, Kazmir, and Zambrano are pretty good bets as well.

Huh..No Cole Hamels yet so I'll be the first....

Especially if I could move away from the little league park that is Citizens Bank Park.
