What are some go to things to make or just assemble at home when you're hungry but also lazy? Some form of avocado sandwhich is one of my favorites. |

Rice mixed with yoghurt and garlic pickle. It sounded terrible to me too, the first time, but I had it every day after that for a week. |

The lazy one the wife always asks for is just some bagged tortellini boiled up. I'll slice up and brown a couple of Italian sausages, then dump in some jarred spaghetti sauce and heavy cream, like a 3 to 1 ratio, just enough to make it more pink than red. Grate up a handful of parmesan cheese, drain the pasta, and toss everything around in the pan. I'm done in about 15 minutes.
Mine is nachos. Just chips, grated cheddar, and picante sauce thrown on a plate and microwaved on high for 2 1/2 minutes. If I have leftover meat of any sort then that's just a nifty bonus. Nachos is one thing I will never tire of.

Cooked pasta, olive oil, a bit of butter, a smidgen of tomato paste, ground pepper and sometimes a can of tuna if I'm really hankering for some protein. |

Egg noodles, couple packs of McCormick's brown gravy mix, portabello mushrooms, and some beef of some kind(sirloin, chuck steak, whatever). It is one of my favorites meals period. Just so simple and easy. |
