I'm assuming you mean El Paso, TX and not El Paso, CO. I got some work done from Noel at Renegade Tattoo. It's decent, but it's my least favorite tattoo. I wouldn't go back to him and I wouldn't go anywhere else in El Paso. My advice would be wait until you can take a trip to Austin or Dallas. There are also some good artists in Tucson and Phoenix. |

I was in El Paso for a bit and though I don't have any hard evidence to back this up, the impression I got, overall, was not that good. Obviously I didn't see every single shop there but of the ones I did see I wasn't overly impressed. |
