Small town and they had two trials going. So I didn't make it on the lineup this week. We are stringing it along until next week. Good thing is that I am prepared. Bad thing is that my second chair is going to be out of town. |

jbapk - rental. Property seizures in this state are in personum not in rem. Therefore, no. House not seized. pm1964 - Not a worry, I am the defense attorney. Packing lube is usually not necessary. |
