Already done chili, green chili, nachos, burritos and quesadillas. All delicious. What other ideas do you have for using leftover pulled pork? |

Pizza, omellette, Nachos, stuffing for Chicken/Turkey, Pea Soup, reheat it and make another sandwich. You're not very imaginative. |

You can throw it in spaghetti sauce too, that's pretty tasty. You could probably make apple pie with it if you want. |

Take those Hawaiian rolls, some cole slaw made with crushed pineapple, and make some nice sliders |

Arrange in ovals just over giant Kaiser sized when still warm and compress slightly to achieve some semblance of a patty type formation. Season with very light fiesta of red spices, smoked Hungarian paprika, cayenne, and dried sumac (essential).Next day, prepare batter flour, and a mixture of cracked up Stoned Wheat Thins, none of that half salt shit either, and Trisquits. Add salt of your choice, I like sea-salt of Hawaiian rock salt, fresh cracked black-pepper and the tiniest touch of garam masala. I do a double-dip, egg and beer (Caffrey's or Guinness) and pan-fry in an old cast iron.Serve on a slightly warmed Portuguese Kaiser, with smoked serranos on top and drenched in a light garlicky tomato sauce. Served with several wedges of Honeycrisp apple, a small chunk of smoked apple cheddar and green garlic stuffed olives coated in pepper flakes. |
