From the 64 and 65, what were the changes made body wise?

Definitely the front fenders, hood, grill, and some trim. But is that it?

I'm thinking about picking up a 65 post car, but I like the nonpost cars. From the two, are the only thing different body wise the posts?

Has anyone heard of anybody doing a conversion?
