What are your guys thoughts on this, pros, cons, etc.? Tons of talk about this cropped up after V Tech.

I think that if the college students got some real good firearms training, it would be good. But dont allow just any dude or gal to strap on a piece and walk about the campus. I am a police officer and I support guns on law abiding citizens, but they need training.

Just 4 days ago a guy walked into my department and asked about becoming an officer. He tells me right up front (as he points to his side) "just want you to know I am carrying, I got a permit" He looked like a real dufuss, sometimes you never know whos packin!
