Well actually moved to North Liberty, but I didnt know if anyone would recognize where it was... like basically runs into coralville/Ia City. In any event--

I was just writing to ask about training at MFS. I have lived in southern iowa until the recent move to North Liberty; which puts me about 1 hour away on I-80 now I guess. Always wanted to train with you guys; Ive been fighting off and on for 8 years now.

What does anyone suggest I do to be training with some intermediate to higher level competition in the 155 realm? Should I just pick a class and see what develops or is there a group who gets together I should be with or is there something else??? Any idea what might be the best way for me to go? I have a fight coming up May 23, which is the first one I have done in quite a while really. So even just a few sessions of any kind would help I guess.
