I dunno about Seattle, but Roscoe's in Los Angeles is very tasty. Their waffles are awesome, and fried chicken is fried chicken. Good cornbread, too.

 I thought about making this just the other day.  But then saw that I would have to get a stepstool to reach my waffle iron and forgot about it until just now.  

I think I'm going to make some tomorrow though.  Unless I get distracted again.  

It's just a piece of fried chicken on a waffle with syrup poured over both, right?

 I've had them at Roscoe's and was impressed.  I thought I would hate it but believe it or not, the flavors go together pretty good.
