In one, officers patrolling the beer tent at 5 p.m. saw two men in the crowd drinking beer, both with pants unfastened, Kitchen said today. One man had his hand down the front of the other's pants and was possibly engaged in a sex act, he said. Police “interrupted the behavior” and escorted the two from the tent, but neither was arrested.

In the second incident, police at 5:50 p.m. arrested a man for urinating on another man and spraying bystanders in the process, the chief said.
