I was planning on taking a trip to canada this summer, I have nothing on my criminal record, but I do have one citation (in IL) for disobeying a redlight from last year(wasn't required to go to court and paid a $75 fine). Can I be rejected from entering the country for this? Do you think it's likely? (a murkier question I'd admit) Thanks in advance for any help that could be provided. |

I would be willing to bet pretty much everything I own in this world that a traffic ticket will not prevent you from going to Canada. |
