Whenever I try running or jogging, I run out of breath within about 20 seconds. I cant get my breathing in any sort of rhythm. I take Advair, but it doesnt help with running. Can this be improved at all by running for 20 seconds every day? |

Try fast walking only breathing through your nose to start. |

you could try running 20 seconds, walking 20 seconds. running 20 seconds, walking etc... everyone has to start somewhere. when i was 15 and first started martial arts i could run more than 50 feet without totally gassing now i can run 20 miles at the age of 23. |

What I did when starting to run again was setting out a distance of 3 miles and try to finish as fast as possible if it was by walking, running or crawling. There was alot of walking and some running at first, then it turned to alot of running and some crawling at the end. Now its all running. Try it. 20 seconds a day will do NOTHING |
