Would it be wise to buy some euros to keep around in case the dollar does crash? Right now the conversion is bad but I don't want to be stuck holding a bunch of worthless greenbacks.

 Roli, I'd stay away from fiat currency all together.  Get heavy into precious metals.  They can be sold for whatever currency eventually comes out on top.  It's not as easy as saying, "if the dollar drops, then euro's will go up"  Because if the dollar totally crashes, the world market will be destabilized.  Precious metals in such a case would go off the charts.
