converting .mov files for best quality?? HELP

NoPeriphery Member Since: 6/26/07 Posts: 52	Avi, wmv etc? i got the kodak zi8 handheld hd cam like the flip, and the files are.mov files 1280 x 720 60 fps, pain in the ass to edit in sony vegas. i definately have to convert them. What is the best file format??
