Dear Everyone,

I have internal force!

On this fine October evening here in New England I decided to practice some combat sequences before dinner. I've felt internal force before and I'm no stranger to Chi, but for some reason things really hit home tonight. I used to try White Snake Shoots Venom, but it would feel flimsy and not powerful or solid at all. Things have changed! Now my mind directs Chi to my hand and my snake hand goes out like a bullet, trembling with "liquid" internal force! The same occurs when I perform Black Tiger Steals Heart and Fierce Tiger Speeds Through Valley. I love Fierce Tiger Speeds Through Valley! I love the Bow Arrow Stance! Marvelous! Not just this. I can direct this force to anywhere in my body!

For the past few months I have been consistently practicing pushing mountains in the morning. This is in addition to lifting the sky(at night) and stance training(at both times), things I have been practicing for a while. Practice has paid off Thank you, Sifu, for teaching me.
