Eggs Espresso. There is a place in Chicago (I want to say Hyde Park) that's been doing it for years. I remember going there with a friend who was in grad school at U of Chicago and they were fucking awesome. That was back in the mid 90's. |

It really sounds like a perfect way to make scrambled eggs. Stirring them in a double boiler takes forever. |
