Thought you might be interested in article on simple way to integrate Kettlebell use into your current training program. The author is my long-time friend "4 Ranges" http://www.wncbjj.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=18:kettlebells-for-bjj-training&catid=1:jiu-jitsu-blog&Itemid=5 More of a how/why than just a direct training program.I don't use it in our regular BJJ class training but rather integrate it into our "Team Prep Training" sessions or Vale Tudo class. Enjoy! Armando |
