Bacon covered candied cashews

thenino 54 Member Since: 1/1/07 Posts: 1920	Friend of mine works at this bar in Boston that serves them, he brought me over a jar. Pretty damn good. I guess they render the bacon fat then mix it in when they candy the cashews, then they sprinkle bits of bacon on them.
