Hello Mr. Sonnon, I started a thread on yoga or Ginastica Natural, and you posted a tutorial on a flow drill (Prasara?) that I really enjoyed. I used to have vol. 1 of the Grappler's Toolbox (it was stolen!), and noticed some of the moves seem similar. I'm looking for a new flow/stretching system, and have looked to yoga and GN (i'm in BJJ) as they were what I was exposed to. Your Prasara yoga looks quite interesting, although, admittedly, I don't know much about it? Could you please explain Prasara Yoga a bit? Are you the "founder" or the primary person doing it? Is it a type of "traditional" yoga that I just don't know about? Also, is it different/better than any of the other products that you have? The Grappler's Toolbox or joint mobility stuff? Is Prasara a continuation/improvement on the earlier projects? Which would you recommend? Sorry for so many questions, I am just very interested. Thanks in advance, Baki |

Sorry for the slow response Mr. Sonnon (I don't get on the underground as much as I used to) Essentially, I'm looking for a good set of exercises that are supplements and aids to my grappling practice (bjj, sprinkled with some Judo). Something that primarily develops mobility and flexibility. Having said that, I'm also interested in progressing from that practice into something a bit more holistic, that will develop strength as well, and overall "wellness" (although I'm not a fan of that term per se...). This is what motivates my growing interest in yoga, and it looked like your Prasara Yoga fit the bill. Does that help any? Baki |

Baki, it sounds as if Grapplers Toolbox REBORN is what you're seeking. |

I will look into, Mr. Sonnon, thanks! What's the difference between GT Reborn and the Prasara Yoga? different foci? methodology? Baki |

Baki, yoga is like an ocean. GTB is a specific ship, map and compass. |

Thank you very much Mr. Sonnon, I'll definitely check out the GTB (my VHS incarnation of it was great!). Can you tell me more about Prasara Yoga? Baki |

BTW, I've been checking out what I can on YouTube, and I really like the sequences and positions. Is it Ashtanga based? I don't know much about it (obviously). Baki |

No, it's no Ashtanga based. It's influence is Russian yoga. |
