Alabama Underground >> Catch Wrestling / Sambo?

Ok I'm new to this Forum Very New! So what is the differents between Catch and Sambo? Please make me understand B/C I really don't know. I been training in BJJ for a year now and People are asking me about Catch and Sambo. is it here in Alabama or somewhere else? any good instructors? or instructors in florida? any info would be nice! |

sambo is an art form used by men to fight women. Forum member WilliePep could describe it better for you as he is the Sambo Lady's Division Champion. Catch wrestling is an art form perfected by Diamond Dallas Paige in the late 90's and now used by MMA veterans such as Josh Barnett. |

LOL! I'm serious guy's I just looked at some pages on the net a guy name Aaron in dothan had a sambo/catch guy for a seminar. I just wanna know more about these arts. |
