After 15+ years my old broken asics that were worn down on the ball of the foot that I could throw a head kick straight through with no drag are dying. Any suggestions? |

Ha! I have a pair of Asics about 12 years old. Good shoes. Why don't you want another pair of Asics? |

depends on your arch/width/running style. im flat footed , and land on the ball of my feet and run about 20 or so miles a week. new balance has a few lines of shoes that work for me. |

A friend of mine uses Sambo shoes and they are really awesome. If I had to go with shoes for BJJ or MMA I'd go Sambo. |

ASICS split soles. ASICS are good if u have wide feet as well. Adidas run pretty narrow.

Asics Cael. Adidas Tyrant Nike Speed Sweep or Caol Uno (from Japan) used to be able to get them from nike.com |

I like the Otomix stingrays alot. They are softer and more pliable than wrestling shoes but still have a rubber sole. http://otomix.stores.yahoo.net/stingrayboot.html |
