I have a current supplement stack that I take, im trying to drop weight to get down to a lower weight class. I wanted to see if anyone on here had a supplement that work well for them. thanks for the input guys. Matt |

Sorry, can't really follow your question. What's a supplement stack and how does that affect trying to drop weight class? Supplements that are fairly well-proven to have good effects on those working out who are in control of their diet are: Protein powder (as needed to keep protein intake around 0.8-1gm/lb per day) Vitamin D and Calcium (2000-4000IU in winter, plus a gram or so of softgel Ca) Fish Oil (Omegas) 4-6gm/day Multivitamin (iron-free for men) Vit E (no more than 200-400 IU daily) Creatine Of possible benefit depending on your situation Garlic concentrate
Capsicum or cayenne (hot pepper) (lowering cholesterol, etc.) Various aminos. What is your current 'stack'? What is your goal, age, sport, etc.? |
