There's also Cary Kolat's website; www.kolat.com A video library of almost 2000 techniques with excellent instruction and decent production value(only 1 camera angle but the audio doesn't have that annoying wrestling room echo). But it ain't free. It's like $10/week, $20/month or $160/year. You have ignored this user.

He is super high energy and has awesome details. I wish I could attend one of his camps as a wrestler! Too bad I'm old. :( You have ignored this user.
