Fantastic second installment of the Body Shot series from Your MMA's resident All Powers Physio Chris Tack.

This one deals with what damage is caused to the certain areas of the body with strikes, and which strikes and motion are best to cause injury and fight stoppages.

It's long, but a great read. Check it out and let me know what you think guys.
