I've been trying to eat a healthier diet to go along with my training lately. The problem is that I'm not a very good cook and am limited to cooking bland meals. Have any of you tried a book that you would recommend to others? I really want to become more knowledgeable about the subject, but don't know where to start. Thanks in advance for any info. |

any specific "diet" or eating pattern you are trying to maintain? Vegan, paleo, etc? |

tuna casseroles, chicken and rice, grilled steak and salad... all very easy to cook. just google "high protein diets and how to prepare them" |
