I've been trying to eat a healthier diet to go along with my training lately. The problem is that I'm not a very good cook and am limited to cooking bland meals. Have any of you tried a book that you would recommend to others? I really want to become more knowledgeable about the subject, but don't know where to start.

Thanks in advance for any info.

any specific "diet" or eating pattern you are trying to maintain? Vegan, paleo, etc?
