Sir Wurtherford C Pickelhaub III PhD Member Since: 10/25/10 Posts: 43	I have a standard recipe I use--milk, butter, eggs, etc. I am going to try adding ricotta cheese to give it some extra flavor and texture. Question is, what adjustments shouyld I make to the other ingredients in the recipe? Fewer eggs maybe?
