Fruit and Wine

pierrot lunaire Member Since: 12/11/05 Posts: 4500	I want to rehydrate some dried fruit with wine on the stovetop. What wines would you recommend for apricots or pears? I have already used a merlot for some dark fruits like raisins and prunes.
