Hey guys and girls, Been having a few issues with tendonitis in my patella / bursitis in my shoulder and most recently bursitis in my elbow (I only average around 5 or 6 sessions a week between MMA and BJJ). My doc has recommended a couple of stretches here and there, but a lot of the BJJ / MMA people I speak to recommend a dedicated stretching routine to run through every day. Does anyone have any suggestions for a daily program or something to loosen up and help with muscle tension etc? Cheers. |

that is soo crazy because I have the exact same injuries haha. I usually spend 30 minutes before bed doing a full body stretch, nothing to crazy a chest, shoulder, back, neck, and a few lower body ones. also if it's your axial skeleton, a foam roller works amazing yoga is legit as well |
