It's called UAC, it's in the Security Settings of the Control Panel applet. You can search Help about turning it off |

Went in to change the setting and the damn thing popped up AGAIN saying i cant change it. WTF! |

What are you doing when you do this? If you are doing something with the internet, try running the browser as administrator (right click, run as administrator, I think) |
