How to embed video in mma.tv box?

here is what I learned to do...

on YouTube:
- click Share button under the video (a pane with the video URL will now display below this Share button)
- click the Embed button now displayed beside the video URL and an additional pane with video options will display below new video URL)
- check 'Use old embed code' checkbox
- right click and copy the video embed code

on UG:
- click the video Type radio button in the UG Post box (embed code window appears above normal post box)
- paste code from YouTube
- if you want to add text, type it in the Post Body window
