Okay, so i don't know the whole story, but if i recall this was re-edited due to Bruce's death.....but this is so shitty compared to his other movies.... |

They took footages from scenes he was filming. They then made a movie using stunt doubles and look alikes to encompass the movie. |

BL was filming Game of Death. He scouted locations in India iirc and saw a pagoda which inspired him to have a martial arts expert of respective styles on each level. He was to lead a group that would storm the pagoda, trying to recover something stolen from either his country/government or village (which Ong Bak used). He filmed the fight scenes first which was slightly edited. If you watch BL- A Warrior's Journey, you can see the original footage, which included 2 other fighters that went with BL. They edited out the fights with those 2 other fighters who took on Dan Inosanto and Ji Han Jae as well as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Hollywood called and BL got what he wanted. A chance to be in a Hollywood movie. Enter the Dragon was made. IIRC He passed away before ETD premiered (?) and before he finished GOD. Powers that be capitalized on BL's newfound fame/popularity from ETD and searched for replacement. Replacement was mainly used as a body double in non-fighting scenes. And some outtakes from BL's previous movies was spliced into GOD. |
