 Watch these two hockey videos illustrating a "slewfoot," where you bring an opponent to the ice by pushing his leg forward and his body backward:

   Everybody is on top of the aggressors for a "cheap shot" and "dirty play."  Isn't this a jiujitsu move - "sweeping the leg?"  If so, why is everybody crying foul?  Shouldn't it be part of the game?
