How would MBF principles apply to escaping the mount using the elbow escape?

MBF principles are simply principles of biomechanics and posture, therefore, the principles can be used to explain how all techniques work. There is no "MBF way" of doing any specific technique. You are going to find countless variations to any technique...there's never one way that is better than other. MBF just allows me to understand how things work.
