Hi guys, I'm Jack Slack and I'm a striking analyst for www.FightsGoneBy.com, BloodyElbow and HeadKickLegend. I am also a passionate striking practitioner and have had the pleasure of training with some great coaches and fighters.

Just wanted to drop in on the training forum to cheekily plug my new ebook which is available through my website. It's pretty inexpensive and while I wouldn't want to pretend it's production values were anywhere close to Victory Belt's, I feel that unlike a lot of books on the market it is all killer and no filler.

The book is called Advanced Striking: Techniques of Kickboxing, Boxing and MMA Masters, and covers 70 techniques by 20 fighters across 3 sports and breaks them all down in demonstrative photography. It is my first attempt at a book and I hope it goes down well!
