Why is the list so god damn elusive..Ive asked everyone...And I know, I know..go down there and get the forms...Well heres the thing, I need to know what all is going to be required in order for my fighter to know if he can get the v.a. to do them all... So please, for the love of god, somebody help me! lol |

tell him to make a physical appointment, and an opthomologist appointment. not an optometrist. then down load the forms. if you need them i can e-mail them to you. also give the bloodwork list to the doc he gets his physical from. |

please e-mail to me..even though we found a doc to do all required stuff at one place (or atleast does everything required by having the types of docs in his network)...Also, do you have an EXACT list of required stuff? quincyjudo@yahoo.com.... |
