I am on the west coast and looking for a submission only tournament. One important requisite is that it be round robin. I believe that is the best format for determining a true winner. I don't care what part of the country (or out of the country) the tournament is held. I am looking for something with a 2013 date. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

I believe it's January, March, May, and June.
