cool stuff. I have used that rear leg sidekick (twist kick) many times in sparring. A lot of people will tell you it is bad kick to throw because it is slower than a sidekick, but only slightly more powerful, but if you use it sparringly and are throwing a lot of round kicks your opponent often anticipates a round kick and will end up eating it. |

Why is your hip not turned over in the sidekick? Someone can push you right over with a leg position if you’re not careful. |
