Hey guys,

We're having Alliance BJJ Team Founder Romero "Jacare" Cavalcanti at my school for a BJJ (with Gi) seminar on Saturday, December 8th, 2012. It starts at 11am.

Thanks to Jeff and Jacare for promoting myself to Black Belt!

I became Jeff's 3rd Black Belt.

To get my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt it took 13yrs of training, over 8000 grappling matches, attending over 2500+ classes, injuries, weight differences being that I am small (150lbs), teaching hundreds of classes, competing, coaching, mentoring, getting married, having 2 daughters, work, major home renovation. I wouldn't change a single thing! I've met terrific people and made 100's of friends. I was dedicated, focused and achieved my ultimate goal with the support of my family, and team mates.

Joslins / Alliance / Jacare set the standard high and I was honored to reach their highest standard and get my Black Belt.

I was promoted in the presence of Jeff Joslin BJJ Black Belt, Romero Jacare Cavalacanti BJJ Black & Red Belt, Dragan Black Belt, Dean Massicotte BJJ Black Belt, Dave Mark BJJ Black Belt, and Filipe Sagat BJJ Black Belt.
