Good mechanics. Speed is mostly natural, but quickness can be trained and make up for it. |

Practice. The more often you practice a motion the quicker you will get at it. But also bear in mind that in combat timing is more important than speed on it's own, and timing can only be improved through partner practice and sparring. |
