The overnight ratings for 'UFC On FOX 5' shows an average of 3.41 million viewers watched between 8-10pm. That's already up 1 million viewers from the TV ratings for the previous two events, and could go up further when the final numbers come out later in the week, particularly as the main event took place after 10pm and so hasn't been factored in here. So it's looking good as things stand. Oh, and it won the night overall with a 5% share of the audience and 1.6 rating amongst adults 18-49. |

good news!... shame the main card fights weren't as good as the FX ones... there still hasn't been that defining epic fight on FOX yet... |

I actually though UFC On FOX 3 and 4 had really good fights, it's just that not a lot of people were watching. |

It was an excellent event, better than most PPV's the UFC has put out. |

Heard the 10-10:30 hour did an 3.6 share. I'll say the numbers will come in just where I thought, it will end up averaging 4 mill and probably peak close to 6 mill. |
