I was watching the DVD for this the other day and could not find on there where the routines are recommended for this program. Anyone have any idea on a breakdown for the program? I'd really like to not buy the book for the 4 pages that I'm sure it exists on.

alternate 1-2 week blocks of long cycle clean and jerks with kettlebell snatch to press. 2-4-6/1-2-3 etc x 3-10 sets |
